1. Refund policy.

Neptune Reel Repair Service will refund the purchase price of parts or goods purchased when returned in original package and the items have not been installed or used in any matter. Parts or goods must be shipped to Neptune Reel Repair Service 548 west Bayshore Drive Palacios,Texas 77465 within 14 days of purchase date along with original sales receipt / invoice .


2. Delivery / Shipping Policy.

All deliveries and shipping will be by way of USPS Priority mail to customers mailing address. Customer is responsible for providing Neptune Reel Repair Service with the correct shipping address for any goods to be shpped. Customer pays for all shipping cost and will be added to customer's invoice prior to shipping. No COD or collect shipping accepted.
